Maisie was from Corrie's 2nd litter and she was the sweetest Beardie. She often put her paws on our knees and chatted away to us in "Beardie speak".She was so like her G. Grandfather Shep and was dearly loved however , like him, she too was sadly taken far too early at the tender age of 4 years. Following a very short and devastating illness, she was diagnosed with AIHA and nothing could be done to save her. We still find her loss very hard to come to terms with.

The highlight of Maisie's short but successful career in the show ring was a Group 1 under top all rounder Robin Searle ( Surlson) at Blackpool Ch. Show 2007 after being awarded BOB from the Post Grad. class by another top all rounder Jean Lanning ( Clausentum).

Maisie just starting out, at 6 months winning PG3 at Cheshire Show under all rounder Keith Thornton ( Karnak).
